I use storytelling as a way of thinking. Framing problems as stories helps me hold complexity, talk through ideas, and design around what matters.

I’m drawn to designing systems that feel human. The kind where service design and small emotional details create experiences that make people feel seen, welcomed, and included. Lately I’ve been experimenting with AI as a way to move faster and stay playful, but I always try to stay grounded in the fundamentals: good UX, clear flows, and things that actually make sense.

I think my real strength is working at intersections — tech and illustration, systems and feelings, logic and intuition. I’m good at taking technical complexity and explaining it in human terms. Or turning abstract strategy into something visual and concrete. I see patterns across different contexts, which helps me build frameworks that work across industries. Ultimately, I’m just trying to make sense of things, and help other people make sense of them too.
